Impressively flexible – microturbines

Microturbines accept their challenges in the areas of drying, industrial hot water, biomethane and hot water

The flexibility of microturbines is particularly impressive. This not only applies to the fuels used, which range from natural gas to biogas through the biodiesel and kerosene, but also to the different areas of application.

Microturbines are air-cooled. The entire thermal energy is at a constantly high temperature level up to 309 °C in the exhaust air. This enables return temperatures up to 180 °C to be achieved economically. The heat supply is therefore very flexible and is suitable for use in diverse special applications.

Areas of use of microturbines:

  • Drying: Your waste heat can be easily used for drying processes without a downstream catalyst.
  • Industrial hot water: Due to their particularly high thermal efficiency in applications in the temperature range above 100 °C, the use of microturbines is especially suitable where process heat is used.
  • Biomethane: Microturbines help you to treat your biogas in a cost-efficient way.
  • Hot water: Microturbines provide optimum solutions for daily hot water requirements.
